Trinity is a host church for Family Promise of Newrock, an interfaith non-profit organization that coordinates with churches in order to house three to four homeless families four weeks out of the year.

Upcoming Events:  

• Week of November 13th: National Homeless Week, and Family Promise launch at Trinity Baptist Church.
• Week of December 18th: Trinity hosts its first set of families.

As a host site, Trinity is responsible for…

• Housing families one week per quarter in the church.
• Providing hot potluck dinners, cold breakfast, and bag lunches.
• Providing fellowship opportunities while families are on camp
  

How YOU can help…

• Donate a dish for potluck meal one night during the host week.
• Invest time in fellowship opportunities at the day center for two-hour blocks.
• Donate needed supplies for toiletries, bedding, snacks, etc.
• Donate breakfast and lunch items.
• Drive the van to and from Trinity and the day center at Lighthouse Village.
• Stay overnight with the families to be a presence on Trinity’s campus (from 7:30 PM to 7 AM).
